Jeanette McLain

President & Co-Founder

As President and Co-Founder, Jeanette brings a rare kind of leadership—one that blends deep operational expertise with a mission-driven heart. For the past four years, she served as Vice President of Valuations and Client Experience at one of the industry’s top appraisal management companies. There, she built lasting partnerships, simplified complex systems, and elevated performance across the board. Clarity, efficiency, results—that’s her formula.

Jeanette’s impact doesn’t come from talk. It comes from transformation. She’s led initiatives that streamlined operations, launched robust reporting and scorecard systems, and instilled a culture of accountability that lifts every team she touches. With more than 25 years of experience in settlement services, valuations, and client success, her track record includes leadership roles at an industry leading Title & Escrow and Valuations and Settlement Services company. At every stop, she’s brought the same core principles: lead with integrity, empower your people, and never lose sight of the customer.

Jeanette also carries the strength of her military family roots. She’s a proud Army Veteran spouse, with a legacy of service running through her grandfathers, uncles, and other loved ones who wore the uniform in the Army, Marines and Navy. That spirit of service—of commitment to something bigger than oneself—is woven into everything she does at ValorValuations.

Cindi Harris

Executive Partner, Strategy

Cindi Harris is a leader who understands that true success comes not just from strategy and execution, but from the people who bring those ideas to life. With over 30 years of experience in real estate valuation and operational leadership, Cindi has built a career defined by both excellence and empathy. Before joining ValorValuations, she served as Chief Operating Officer at the nation’s largest appraisal management company, where she led with clarity, drove meaningful change, and empowered large teams to rise to their full potential.

Her expertise in residential valuation, regulatory compliance, and risk management is matched by a rare ability to see the bigger picture—aligning vision with execution and building systems that work for both people and progress. Cindi knows that leadership isn’t just about results; it’s about creating trust, fostering accountability, and lifting others along the way.

Cindi’s commitment to service runs deep—her father served in the Air Force Reserve and her brother in the Navy. This legacy of service inspires her to lead with integrity, resilience, and a determination to create lasting impact.

Lt. Col. Alan S. Klyap

Special Advisor, Veteran Liaison

Alan S. Klyap dedicated his life to serving our nation, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army after a distinguished career defined by courage, discipline, and unwavering commitment to duty.

He began his military journey as an enlisted soldier, graduating from the Military Police School at Fort McClellan, Alabama, before earning his commission as an Infantry Officer through ROTC at Saint Leo University—a turning point that launched a decades-long leadership career across continents.

Colonel Klyap completed some of the Army’s most demanding training, including the Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Ranger School, Pathfinder, Jumpmaster, and Basic Airborne Courses. He holds the Master Parachutist Badge, graduated from the Command and General Staff College, and completed the Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare Course. He trained not just to lead—but to lead from the front.

His assignments spanned Special Operations, Ranger, and Light Infantry units, as well as key roles at U.S. Special Operations Command, U.S. Central Command, and NATO. He deployed multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan, serving in both combat and interagency roles where clarity, coordination, and strategic vision were essential.

For his exceptional service, Colonel Klyap received numerous commendations: multiple Bronze Star Medals, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint Service Commendation and Achievement Medals, the Presidential Unit Citation, the NATO Medal, and Iraq and Afghanistan campaign medals. His badge rack reflects a career of sacrifice and excellence: Combat Infantryman Badge, Ranger Tab, Master Parachutist Badge, Pathfinder Badge, and more.

Outside the military, Colonel Klyap is a man of faith and family. He and his wife are proud parents of four, including a Marine Corps Sergeant, a Navy veteran, and a son-in-law currently serving as an intelligence analyst.

He holds a Master’s Degree from Troy University and Bachelor’s Degrees from both the University of Florida and Saint Leo University. In and out of uniform, Colonel Klyap exemplifies leadership, integrity, and a life committed to service beyond self.

Lee Kennedy

Advisory Partner

Lee began his career in the collateral risk space in the mid-1980s, establishing himself as a professional appraiser before joining one of the nation’s largest thrift institutions. There, he worked alongside AVM developers and public record aggregators to advance automated valuation solutions and create appraiser-assisted productivity tools that improved both speed and reliability in property valuation.

In 2005, Lee founded AVMetrics as a spinoff of that organization, building it into a leading force in AVM model validation, testing, and collateral consulting. Under his leadership, the company has played a central role in shaping how valuation models are measured, deployed, and regulated.

Lee has contributed meaningfully to the body of industry knowledge. He is a co-author of AVMs 101 and AVMs 201, has published extensively in trade journals, and has written multiple white papers on topics such as cascading logic, scoring methodologies, and integration strategies. He is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences and serves as a recognized authority on AVM best practices and regulatory standards.

He is a certified residential property appraiser in the state of California. Before entering the private sector, Lee served with distinction as a Nuclear Engineer in the United States Navy, operating aboard fast-attack submarines during the Cold War era.

Jordan Wilde

Growth Partner, JW Partner Solutions

Jordan Wilde brings over 24 years of industry expertise spanning Real Estate and Mortgage Lending. A recognized leader in mortgage services, Jordan’s background covers a broad spectrum of residential and commercial property analysis, appraisal operations, and national vendor management. His knowledge of both traditional and alternative valuation models makes him a trusted resource for firms seeking accuracy, efficiency, and scalable solutions.

As the founder of JW Partner Solutions, Jordan has advised companies across the mortgage ecosystem—including origination, servicing, default, capital markets, and valuation verticals. He has helped organizations sharpen their growth strategies, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities. His work is grounded in collaboration, clear communication, and measurable outcomes.

Whether designing go-to-market initiatives, optimizing vendor networks, or delivering consultative insights, Jordan is known for his integrity, insight, and ability to drive meaningful results in a complex, highly regulated industry.

Beyond his professional work, Jordan is a passionate supporter of U.S. military Veterans. Inspired in part by his brother’s service in the United States Marine Corps, Jordan actively supports initiatives that empower Veterans through career opportunities, mentorship, and advocacy. His commitment to those who’ve served is a reflection of his values: service, resilience, and giving back to those who’ve given so much.

Chris McLain

Strategic Advisor

Chris McLain serves as Strategic Advisor to ValorValuations, where he guides the company’s growth strategy, product innovation, and operational execution. In this role, Chris works closely with the leadership team and industry partners to position ValorValuations as a leader in property valuation solutions while advancing its mission to empower U.S. military Veterans.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, Chris has specialized in overseeing residential valuation business lines, including strategy, business development, product design, operational transformation, and client/vendor relationships. His ability to pair deep customer insight with practical execution has enabled organizations to innovate services, modernize processes, and drive measurable client impact.

Chris is also a proud U.S. Army Veteran. During his service, he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal, named Soldier of the Month for the 101st Airborne Division, and Soldier of the Year for the 101st Support Group Corps. He continues to be an active supporter of Veterans and Veteran-focused charities, carrying forward his commitment to service and community.

Previously, Chris was Division President, Valuations at Consolidated Analytics, where he led strategy and transformation initiatives across the company’s valuation division. Prior to that, he served as SVP, Valuations at Computershare Loan Services and held senior executive roles with leading providers including Clear Capital, Accurate Group, First Valuation, DataQuick, and Veros.

Chris is recognized throughout the industry for building strong partnerships, elevating client experience, and rolling up his sleeves to improve people, processes, and solutions. He splits his time between Gainesville, Florida and Swedesboro, New Jersey.
